Fisherman in Old Jaffa

Birds in flight

This picture was taken last February 2008 when my family joined other families from Forest Hills Jewish Center on an amazing 10-day trip to Israel. We were riding in an open truck and although it was drizzling, the experience of seeing hundreds of beautiful birds in flight in the Hula Valley was incredible. I used a Nikon Coolpix L14 digital camera.

Western Wall at Shabbat
